Shipping policy

Please allow 7-9 business days to ship your order.  Most ship withing 5-7 business days, but it may vary depending on several factors including the holiday rush, larger than normal order volume, etc.   There is an upgrade shipping option if you need your order faster. 

We are NOT responsible for lost/ stolen / damaged packages during transit. Your order is safely and responsibly packaged while in our possession. Once we deliver it to the courier and it is scanned in we are no longer responsible for any mishaps during transit. For your protection and as an added value service we offer a shipping protection available at checkout. You will MANUALLY choose if you want to continue or not continue with this insurance at checkout. If you click to continue without protection, please be aware we are not responsible for any mishaps during transit (the verbiage is all listed at checkout in which you agree to in order to continue your checkout. 

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with full shipping details.  If  you choose a method such as UPS three day select or UPS ground shipping, or Priority USPS~  that does not indicate that your order will be shipped priority from our storefront, but that means that is the method of UPS that your order will be shipped. If you want express shipping, which means if your order is placed before 1 PM Pacific standard time and you choose express shipping, it will go out the same day if you place your order after 1 PM Pacific standard time your express shipping will be delivered to the carrier the following business day. you will note that there is a much higher cost to have your order. Processed the same day/next business day, and they are on the drop down menu when you go to check out. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: 

If you purchase a ready to ship item and a pre-order item, your entire order will ship at the same time, once the preorders have arrived and been processed. If you prefer to receive, you’re ready to ship items sooner, it is highly suggested that you place a separate order.

 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that international orders (orders outside of the USA) may be subject to additional charges within your customs department.  Elisabeth + Faith will NOT charge additional charges, however a full customs declaration will be on the outside of your shipped package.
